I’m sorry that you are having a problem accessing your profile. Please try to sign into the Google Play/Gamecenter Account that you used when you played on your old profile. Your game should automatically recover your data when you next load it up!
If this doesn't work, please load the game, tap the COG symbol on the bottom right of the home page and select ‘Profile’ to check which account is signed in.
If you still have problems loading your account, please message our support team who will help you further.
